Becoming a member is easy!

Download and complete the following Membership Application Form.

The law requires us to verify the identity of any persons opening accounts. In most cases this can be proven by showing us photo identification documents such as a drivers licence, proof of age card or current Australian passport. If you do not have photo identification documents, please contact us to discuss what other forms of identification may be acceptable.

Once you have completed the Membership Application Form, bring this together with your photo identification documents to our head office located at Merrylands and one of our Member Service Specialists will be happy to discuss and facilitate your banking requirements.
